3. Pricing & Payments

  • Charges depend on distance, volume of goods, packing materials, and service type.
  • All quotes are estimates and may vary after physical inspection.
  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery.
  • No hidden charges will be applied without prior notice.

4. Packing & Safety

  • We use high-quality packing materials to ensure safety.
  • Customers must inform us about fragile or valuable items in advance.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused due to incorrect or undisclosed information.

5. Insurance

  • Transit insurance is optional but recommended.
  • In case of damage, claims will be processed as per insurance policy terms.

6. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
  • Delays caused by external factors are not the company’s responsibility.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
